For those ready to take the plunge into making things such as patches or want to work on their skills on simple flat base embroidery, learn machines and vendors this is the session for you! We will go over your concerns and answer your in-depth questions. This can include a live session with on the spot embroidery if needed.

THE PROCESS

Step 1: Inquiry/Order Info

please contact us via email at byreynoir@gmail.com, or submit an inquiry via our website with all of the necessary information for your order. Please allow 1-2 business days for a response

Step 2: Review Artwork

after reviewing your request, we will discuss your vision and artwork. We may make suggestions in order to produce quality work.

Step 3: Quote & Payment

after finalization of your request, we will provide a detailed invoice outlining your request, date needed by and artwork. Once payment and/or deposit is received, we will start working on your sample. Standard processing time starts at 10-12 business days, anything shorter is considered a rush order.

Step 4: Sample Approval

for more complex and multi color projects we will test press your design on fabric to approve colors, size and concept. We will confirm concepts via digital rendition. Once your sample is approved, no changes can be made.

Step 5: Production and Shipment

once your sample is approved, we will move to production, putting the final touches on your project. Once your order is packaged and shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email. WE DO NOT CONTROL USPS OR UPS, if your package is delayed you must contact THEM not us. Shipping time will depend on location the product is being sent to. Pick-up is available for local orders in the Bergen County, NJ area. All packages ship out from NJ.
